“Services”) provided for Internet users by the Atlas Ambiental
de Buenos Aires (Environmental Atlas of Buenos Aires), PID 2000/00154, (the
“Atlas”), of Av. Angel Gallardo 479, 4th floor, Buenos Aires,
Argentina.
Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions
of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions of Use, please
do not use the Services. Atlas reserves the right to change, modify, add,
or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Please
check this page periodically for any modifications. Your use of any of the
Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of
the changes. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use authorizes
the Atlas to suspend or terminate your of the Site and Services.
The contents of the pages of this website (the “Contents”) are
for your general information and use only.
2. USE OF CONTENT
You do not need to sign in or subscribe to the Site to use the Content.

and Conditions of Use of this Site, any special conditions for specific
parts of the Site, and any other rules or terms of use the Atlas informs
you of.

invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent
or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute
criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any
law. You must not use the Site in any way that damages, disables, or impedes
the normal use of the Contents, computer equipment (both hardware and software)
or computer files of the Atlas, of other users of the Atlas, or of any other
internet user.
You may download copyrighted material for your personal use only. You may

derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the Contents, in whole or
in part without the express permission of the copyright owner. In the event
of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material,

Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation,

2.2. Linking to the Atlas Site
By linking to the Services, you agree that you will not 1) frame Atlas content,
surround it with your own advertising or identity, or charge a fee for any
link to the Services; 2) include any false, inexact, or incorrect information
about the Atlas or its Contents; 3) imply that the Atlas endorses your site,
products or services or that you are affiliated with the Atlas in any way;
4) include any trademark, logo, slogan or distinctive sign characteristic
of the Atlas except the hyperlink itself; 5) link to the Services from any
page containing libelous, obscene or criminal material, or material that
infringes, violates, or advocates the infringement or violation of any third
party rights.
The creation of a link to the Site does not imply the existence of a relationship
between the Atlas and the owner of the web page linked to the Site, nor
does it imply the Atlas’s endorsement of that web pages contents or
services.

The Atlas does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other

INABILITY TO USE, PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING

4. SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
Atlas reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access
to the Atlas Site, Services, and Contents without prior notice.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic
of Argentina.
