Quotation rights
The entire contents, which include by way of example, but not exclusively:
texts, pictures, graphs, images, icons, technology, software, links and other
audio-visual or sound contents, together with their graphic design and source
codes (the “Contents”) included in the www.atlasdebuenosaires.gov.ar
website (“the Site”), which belongs to the Atlas Ambiental de
Buenos Aires (Environmental Atlas of Buenos Aires), PID 2000/00154, (“the
Atlas”) of Av. Angel Gallardo 479, may be published in accordance with
terms of Intellectual Property Law 11.723, Article 10: “Anyone may
publish, for didactic or scientific purposes, comments, critiques or notes
on intellectual works belonging to others, including quotations of up to 1000
words of literary or scientific works, and up to eight bars of musical works,
provided the parts of the texts are indispensable to said purposes. These
regulations contemplate academic or educational works, collections, anthologies,
and other similar works. When the inclusion of another’s work constitutes
the majority of the new work, a court may see fit to issue an indictment granting
a proportion of royalties to the copyright holder of the quoted works.”
Whenever the Contents of this Site are published, the source should be quoted
as: “Atlas Ambiental de Buenos Aires - http://www.atlasdebuenosaires.gov.ar"
